We went out quite early since there were so many places to cover.. but the traffic and tubes were not as hectic as usual.. Does Monday a new Sunday for them? Ermm.. ( ^_')..
Last two days we were unable to explore many places since the tubes had been closed due to the construction and maintenance.. and for today, the tube has been operated normally to ensure public can used it and go to work at ease.. (^_^).
From Mooregate, we changed tubes and stopped at South-Kensington.. At first we wanted to go to the museum but it was not open yet.. So we walked up to the Royal Albert Hall and hang around Albert Memorial Park..
After 10.00 am we walked down the streets and got back to the museum.. Nana and Fara was so gengki to see the museum.. though, it’s quite okey in there .. The Science Museum is quite awesome .. Last time when I was in London way back in 2007, I'm not manage to go there.. so glad to come back then (^^,).
Too many interesting stuff in there, however for 3D section, you have to pay to enter.. Takai yo.. hehe (^^i).. Then we moved to National Museum next to Science Museum..
Thus it was lunch time, we need to fill the empty tummies (^^i). . So, we had a picnic at the open space, on the green field inside National Museum’ gate (^^,).. haha.. with a company of few groups of kindergarten kids, who actually had their school trips there.
Actually we planned to find a place where there are a row of red phone booth falls on one into another like a line of domino effect as in this website: [Red-PhoneBooth] Yet nobody knew where it was.. or maybe the place was not even exist? (^^' )..
Okay then.. Let’s go to Buckingham Palace.. YoSH!!..
From Natural History Museum we went to this famous royal palace.. Really hope that we could see the changing guard.. But sadly, they were already changed at 11.00 am.. We were few hours late (^^').. So all left that could be done was watching the huge gate there (^_^).
Then we entered the Green Park, walked along the green grass without shoes (^^i).. My shoes were too tight, it’s killing me!.. Then uda-chan wanted to go to Harrods, so then we took a tube at Green Park and stopped at Knightsbridge..
After touring Harrods, we went to visit the Big Ben.. but it was a light rain out there .. and the weather wasn’t so pretty; it was cloudy, wet, windy and cool.. so we only snap a few pictures and back to the tube station.
If the day wasn’t raining, we would walked all the way through from House of Parliment to London Eyes.. Since the weather was no so good and we were starving.. so once again we took the tube and stopped at Aldgate.. to find Halal store; we need to buy some supply for our next trip later and for dinner..
Oh!.. Someone asked me for a direction (^_^).. seems like I’m living here (^^,) hehe.. if only he knew that I have less sense of direction, than he would think twice ne~ (^^’).. Hope he would reached that place safely..
London has a very high Muslim population and Aldgate is one of the place where the muslim community can be found.. there were lots of Halal store and restaurant in Aldgate. After a while we entered the Briani shop (^^i).. we were so starving and craving for food!..
After an hour eating Briani, and there's no more rain drops.. We went down to Tower Hill before to Tower Bridge and few other places.. as usual, we took pictures and enjoyed the view of the pretty bridge untill the sun down.. (^^,).
London is amazing!.. So awesome.. London Saikoo!!
Please come to London (^_^)v.
Oh!.. London has a program –to save the elephant.. There were so many sculptures of elephant being located everywhere in the city.. Various artists have been given to colour and decorate each and every elephant sculptures there.. then they will sell it for charity (maybe).. and all the elephants are so cute! (^-^).
erm.. not so sure about the concept.. will check it later then.. (^_^).
